1. Identity and scope
Paysagiste Lavande is operated by 9477-1417 Québec inc. and provides interlocking-paver and hardscaping services in Greater Montreal. This page describes the operating practices of paysagistelavande.com.
2. Contact about personal information
Requests may be addressed to the person responsible for personal-information protection at info@paysagistelavande.com or 438-883-8276. Reasonable identity verification may be requested before information is disclosed or corrected.
3. Information collected by the forms
The French and English estimate forms may collect a name, telephone number, email address, project address or city, project type, approximate dimensions, description, preferred contact method, approximate timing and consent to be contacted. Up to eight optional JPG or PNG photos may be attached, with a limit of 10 MB per file and 15 MB combined.
Avoid including people, documents, licence plates or other information that is not needed to assess the project in submitted photos.
4. Uses
- understand the request and determine whether the service can be offered;
- reply, prepare an estimate and follow up;
- prevent abuse and protect website operation;
- administer the file if the person becomes a customer.
Form information is not used for newsletters, remarketing, advertising-audience building or advertising profiling.
5. Form and photo delivery
The website sends requests to info@paysagistelavande.com through Google Workspace / Gmail. When a request contains photos, the technical files created for delivery are kept only while the request is processed and are removed from the website after the email is accepted. If delivery fails, the website does not confirm the request, does not retain a new form entry and purges the files from that attempt. A recovery task also checks for temporary files that could remain after an interruption.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. Cloudflare receives the technical signals needed for verification, including request-, browser- and device-related information. A missing, invalid, expired, replayed or unavailable verification blocks submission.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The website uses the pll_language cookie to remember the language preference. No analytics, advertising, remarketing or profiling tool is enabled in the current published version.
8. Providers and processing outside Québec
- GoDaddy Managed WordPress, for website hosting;
- Google Workspace / Gmail, for delivery and storage of received communications;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for abuse-prevention verification.
These providers may process or store information outside Québec, including potentially outside Canada. The company does not promise that all information remains exclusively in Québec or Canada.
9. Retention
- estimate requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after closure or the last communication;
- photos retained in Google Workspace: up to 12 months after request closure or last activity;
- a file that becomes a customer project: according to operating needs and the periods applicable to that file.
At the end of the selected period, information is deleted or made non-identifying according to the medium and applicable backups.
